Special General meeting

A Special General Meeting is called for the purpose of considering a specific Agenda item.

It is reserved for special purposes where no other business is to be discussed. 

Notification by the Chair of no less than 3 days is required for a Special General Meeting to be called.

A common purpose for calling a Special General Meeting is where the school Constitution is amended and a Special General Meeting is held to ratify and adopt the new document.
